If you would like to publicize an academic event, such as a lecture, seminar, grand rounds, or other event that is not open or of interest to the general public, please check here to opt-into the School of Medicine Calendar. This listing is regularly updated and easy to access from the NYU Langone Medical Center homepage. If your event is posted to the School of Medicine Calendar it will also be listed in the weekly events email "This Week at NYULMC" that is sent out each Monday morning by the Office of Communications and Public Affairs. Events should be submitted by the end of the business day on Thursday for inclusion in the following Monday's "This Week at NYULMC."

Any event posted to a Departmental Calendar will be automatically pulled into the “This Week at NYULMC” broadcast email.

Check here to have your event posted the plasma screens, posted on a first-come, first-served basis by requested date. For plasma screen display, it is important that your description be less than 25-30 words.
